Orthopedic Rehabilitation:
The goal of our rehabilitation program is to help residents achieve the highest level of movement and function possible. Whether you are recovering from surgery or requiring rehabilitative services due to a fall, or a physical ailment or condition, residents can count on Rose Lane to get the quality care they need.

Physical Therapy:
Focuses on improving function and mobility. The physical therapy program begins with a thorough evaluation, which enables the therapists to design a personalized treatment plan for each resident.
