A Specialized Rehabilitation Center and Memory

Main Street Care Center is a 100 bed skilled nursing
facility with a state of the art Rehabilitation Center
and Memory Support Program. Residents of the
care center will receive exceptional care in a unique
Main
Street setting. Residents and visitors
will enjoy the beauty of the outdoors captured inside
with stunning streetscape views. Additional amenities
include chef prepared meals, café, beauty parlor
and wellness center.

pre-arrange rehabilitation, nursing, and other support
