Central Village Apartments is proud to provide enclosed
garages for our tenants’ automobiles. Tenants are
invited to take part in a variety of social activities
which include: social events, outings, luncheons, movies
and crafts. Tenants are also welcome to attend social
activities at nearby Amherst Manor Retirement Community
and Autumn Aegis Retirement Community. It is also comforting
to know that Central Village tenants receive priority
placement for any health care or support services provided
at all Sprenger Retirement Centers, including assisted
living, skilled nursing or comprehensive rehabilitation
services, should the need arise at any time.
