Autumn Aegis
Retirement Community is proud to offer comfortable senior
apartments at four locations within its campus setting
located in Lorain, Ohio. Our apartments provide seniors
with the freedom and independence associated with having
their own homes, without the worries and burdens of
maintaining them.
Residents are invited to take part in
a variety of social activities which include: luncheons,
social events and outings, movies and crafts. Residents
also have the option to receive additional amenities
such as: daily lunch, housekeeping and laundry services.
All apartments include individual heating and air-conditioning
units, carpeting, kitchen appliances and ample closet
and storage space.

Colony Apartments - 1140 Tower Blvd.
A unique and affordable congregate care lifestyle is
fostered at Colony Apartments within the Autumn Aegis
Retirement Community. Although still considered independent
apartments, additional support services are provided
at Colony Apartments for added security and peace of
mind.
Colony Apartments feature spacious one-bedroom
apartments with a full bathroom, living room and dining
room. Each apartment is equipped with emergency pull
cords in the living room and bathroom, which signals
to the health care center nursing station 24 hours a
day. Family members are responsible for setting up and
distributing medications to individuals residing at
Colony Apartments.
Monthly rates include utilities, such
as heat, water and trash removal. Rates do not include
electricity, phone service or cable television charges.
Colony Apartments offer a variety of optional
amenities tailored to meet the individual needs of seniors!
Personalized meetings and apartment tours
may be arranged at your convenience, including evenings
and weekends.
