Situated on a ninety-six acre campus in a picturesque country setting, Smithville Western Commons is proud to offer seniors independent living options at The Townhomes. These single story dwellings are available on an ownership and monthly rental basis, which includes full access to services provided by this senior retirement village. The community center, which is located within walking distance from The Townhomes, is the hub of planned social events, recreational activities and family get togethers. It is equipped with a complete kitchen, so even a last minute pot luck can be enjoyed by everyone! Although there are a variety of floor plans, all townhomes include: two bedrooms, one full bathroom, living room, kitchen, stackable washer and dryer, carpeting and ample closet/storage. Residents appreciate that the townhomes also feature the minimum of a one car garage. Complimentary transportation is also furnished.

At The Townhomes at Smithville Western Commons, seniors enjoy retirement with the freedom and independence of having their own homes, without the worries and burdens associated with maintaining them. Our affordable monthly maintenance fee covers all services and expenses related to landscaping, lawn care, snow and ice removal and exterior repairs. So, there are no unexpected charges!

Residents at The Townhomes have the security and peace of mind of knowing that they are considered VIPs if they should need any health care or support services at any time. Assisted living accommodations, comprehensive rehabilitation and skilled nursing services are only a few footsteps away!
