Sprenger Retirement Centers and Kopf Builders have joined forces to develop a leading edge continuing care community in Avon Lake.   When completed, Towne Center Community Campus will include the already existing Commons Independent Living, Avenue Assisted Living an Main Street Care Center. A Specialized Rehabilitation Center and Memory Support Program will complete this state of the art community.

Avenue Assisted Living is a three story, 30 unit assisted living that will feature spacious One bedroom and Two bedroom Suites complete with a kitchenette, separate living area, private bedroom(s) and large bathroom with walk in shower.

Three unique Turret Suites will also be available with large picture windows and extra living space.

Other special features of Avenue Assisted Living include a fitness center, wellness center, craft studio, media room, spa, game room and elegant party center.
